There was a packaged picked up from my porch. The package was sitting in front of my doorbell, but the doorbell never captured the person picking up the package. It captures every car that passes by, but why it didn’t it capture the person.?
Can anyone suggest if I need to change settings? My bell is hardwired and is on default settings for now.

What do you have your detect setting to and how sensitive… I to the activity zones off mine…
Also look, the doorbell cam is one of the most active cameras in the house… meaning there’s a lot activity that goes through and to it front doorstep…
There been a lot of issues with the doorbell ca.s I’m now dealing with battery issues myself is your an e model or s or what is it…
Oh I c… dam… I would put it on a power issue… is it hot wired or do you have to take it out and charge it.
Worse case scenario, is that someone in your own house hold decided to be slick and shut off the cam and go out and get and then turn it back on…
If snoozer it still picks up events but don’t send notifications…
I have a C31 doorbell with sensitivity to middle as default. My video bell is hardwired so no issue of power.

Put on full sensitivity… worse case scenario… you’ll occasionally get a motion detection or a from someone walking buy…
That’s what I have mine set at… u fortunately mines turning out to be a turd…
Just charged it up a couple of days ago and the battery’s already going dead…
On the bright side I got a e330 being shipped out to me… But ya try turning the sensitivity all the way up and see if that don’t work better…
