I own a SoloCam S340 and a Video Door Dock (e340). My home is in the PST timezone (California), but I am currently traveling in Japan for the Christmas holiday.
I’ve noticed an issue: when my cellphone is set to Japan’s timezone, only some of the stored videos appear under the Events tab. However, if I change my phone back to California’s timezone, all stored videos are displayed properly.
Does anyone have similar issue ?
It can get confused with timezones. If your phone’s is different to the camera’s. Some of the models get it correct and some don’t. I get a muddled time line of activities from my 5 different models. I reported this for the S340. mine was only one hour from UK to Europe e.g. Spain. Try reporting it.

Either it follows mobile app’s timezone, or follows device timezone. I am fine with either, as long as it display all the stored videos properly.
Yep. It should store the camera / homebase time as UTC and display it as the correct local time of the camera
Hello! Sorry for the hassle! The discrepancy between the phone’s time zone and the camera’s location time zone is causing some events to not appear in the event list.
Short-term solution: Adjust the phone’s time zone to match the camera’s time zone.
