Trouble setting up app

Hi, have just purchased a homebase 3, s3 pro cams, indoor cam E30 & c120.

Downloaded the app, set up homebase but it wont add device to app.
( this was on iphone)

Tried on Samsung same thing.

When you scan any of the QR codes on any of the products the app does not recognise them.

I managed to Download an older versions of the app on Samsung phone and it works fine!

This is not what i want as iphone is the main user.

Any help!?!?!?!
