When will the smart drop be available in Canada???
ALEXA canāt arm or disarm the security system:
I have a HB2 with 6 2c pro cams, a doorbell and several windows sensors. Since last update of the HB2 on the first week of October, supposedly to solve an Alexa issue, Alexa canāt arm or disarm the system staying at home or even away from home. I have tried all, but the problem persists. Before the update, never had a problem with this. Eufy, please go back with latest update or fix this issue.

Same goes for Google Assistant, worked fine before.

Iāve been having this issue with Google Assistant for a while. Latest firmware for Homebase 2 didnāt fix the issue either.

Where is Eufy/Anker support now? Have we paid to receive products that work one day and donāt another? You are marking your own future, your bankruptcy!

I have solo cams in my front and back yard. They used to work amazing until I connected to the home base 3. Now I barley get notifications of anything. I have the senativity turned all the way up. And all motion detections are checked including all motion, But still rarely get notifications anymore. Any help?

Have you tried resetting the camera if they doesnāt work try a hard reset. The manual should explain the process
My wired doorbell is for the second time offline. My wifi base station works fine. Does anyone has a solution? Thanks

Neither does mine, mine does not even pick up humans standing in front of it
Was so pleased to get rid of all my Amazon blink cameras and buy eufy cameras but I have to say I never had a problem with blink eufy used to work brill but now not, does not pick up humans, it sees ghosts and tracks them meaning it tracks nothing some one enters the room or garage and the camera looks away! What the hell. The camera tracks people but donāt record, the camera does look around when sound is picked up, does not connect to home base if it does it loses the connection I had high hopes and was willing to spend the money now I wish I kept my blink

Iām struggling hooking up my wired indoor 
any advice I download eufy sec and I canāt past the internet side it only takes me so far and I have been in contact with cove and eufy I know they run separately and u have to both downloaded and I do so any help would appreciated
2k video doorbell doesnāt send human motion notifications no matter how close the person gets to the camera, waving at itā¦ Nothing. Not a wifi problem because it I set it to all motion instead of human, it sends notifications every time a car drives past the houseā¦ So itās able to send notifications without connection problemsā¦ Just not detecting human motions of any sort. Worked fine when I was testing it and for the first half hour or so after fixing it to the door frame

No mine still does not detect humans
So with Google Home, it says it is arming or disarming the Eufy system, but it doesnāt actually do it.
Google can see the status, so if I arm the eufy system manually, and ask Google to do it after that, it tells me the system is already armed.
When I ask Google to disarm it, it tells me it will do it, but status is not changing.

I had this too. Opening the app and logging in to tpcloud with my TP-Link ID did solve this problem.
