will the back up battery from the home base 2 work on the home base 3

Same issue. I also had the issue with a different solo cam but was told to buy a new one.

Hi all since the last update of Homebase 2 I have several trouble to watch the video of my t810 doorbell ,other stuff like my 2c camera work perfectly only my doorbell have trouble and say " can’t connect Homebase 2 " I want know.if someone have the same problem and if eufy work on fix for that?

Same here when I try to see the video of my doorbell only I have 3 eufy 2c work perfectly only my doorbell suck since the last update of Homebase 2

Call link does not work .
Third garage cam install, motor controller does not work.
Solar wall cam battery does not last overnight even with light turned off

it happens exactly the same issues with Alexa.

Have used Google home to change my Homebase to Away. Now after Homebase software updates the status change is not performed by the Homebase.
Google says as usually I have 60sec to leave. But Homebase does not start countdown neither change status.

what is wrong?

Since the last Homebase 2 firmware update, Alexa follows perfectly the process of arming or disarming my Eufy Security system (6 cams, 1 doorbell, and several sensors), but the Eufy system does not respond, so I have to do it with the Eufy app. This issue seems to be affecting Alexa and Google Home users, probably all of us. I have posted several claims here, but EUFY remains mute. So what is this for???
I can not believe the lack of responsability this company exercises. This is reason enough to never purchase or recommend an Eufy product!

Since last update cameras aren’t picking up motion 2c.

There is no sound on live viewing on the camera…I gave read this is an issue many are also currently experiencing….I have reset device,re-synced,updated app etc and still there is no sound on live …anyone got a fix please…tia

I just got 2 indoor cam 2k and a Homebase3. The detection sensitivity for both indoor cams does not save if it is set below the middle setting (3 of 5)–it will always go back to the middle setting. Any way to fix this? Anyone else have this problem?

Mine is a 30 minute lag sometimes

Same here. Problem after upgrading my homebase and adding a few new cameras. Laggy as heck and constantly have to uncheck cloud as a source when viewing clips or it never loads.
so frustrating as I recommended eufy to a number of friends and set them up for failure.

Today the sent this. It should have been resolved, still Eufy does not change status from home to away even if Google says away will be activated.
No new firmware available, neither app updat, Homebase been restarted two times.

My S330 and Homebase 3 were working fine for last week or so, but today failed to detect any motions.
As far as I can see I haven’t changed anything in the settings or the camera. Battery also seems fine as I can still check live feed, but it didn’t notify when a car drove into driveway, driver got out, up shopping, unlocked front door and came in. She was in the ā€œvisible zoneā€ for at least a minute but there was no notification.
Bit disappointing for a system that I installed just last week!!

What happens when the SD card (local Storage) is full ? I’ve got mine on continuous recording, will it reformat itself and start again ?.
