Huge tree way across the street camera thinks it’s human

It is not stable. Since October 23, my Eufy security system does not respond to Alexa when it is requested to activate or desactívate the system. I do not know why sometimes it does, but the majority of times don’t. Really strange but still not resolved!

It seems that customer service is very poor at eufy.
I have a camera that stopped connecting at less than a year old. I’ve have contacted support 3 times and each time I get “you will receive an email within 2 business days” only not to.
What’s up eufy? Why don’t I get support on a pro 2 camera that’s less than a year old?

we are having the same issue. Did you manage to resolve it?

When I am out and get a motion detection notification, Whenever I try to open the notification, its never reliable and cannot connect immediately when I have 500gb speeds wifi at home and 5G network. Isit a app issue or what? Very unreliable recently as I cannot immediately see who or what has triggered my cameras. Takes a good 5-6minutes of refresh attempts and closing app several times before I can access my camera and recordings. This is just not good enough.

Depending on how you have it set, it usually just rewrites over the oldest recording.

My camera freezes and makes ghost images

Hi, if i make a connection with my doorbel i can hear and see people standing infront of my door but i can not talk to them. They can not hear me.
How do i fix this?

My homebase blue light doesn’t work even though the system is working. App is very slow & the last few weeks videos struggle to decrypt from local storage ss we are unable to view recordings!!

I can’t seem to connect to my camera when I am on a separate Wi-Fi in a remote location. If I disconnect from Wi-Fi and use cellular then it works, but I don’t want to use up my cellular data. Any ideas?

I only have the floodlight camera and no home base.

Hy homebase wont work it just flashes red, says offline in the app and its hardlined to internet before anyone says its an internet issue. Tried restarting resetting and getting zero help from eufy just like when my camera failed a couple months ago. Got a kick rocks response. For a $550 system its really left a bad taste in my mouth considering i was one of their first customers

Did you also reboot your modem / router too & try another ethernet cable?

Hi how do I receive notifications when videos are deleted? The account is under my husbands name . He gets the notifications but I don’t

The issues between Homebase and Alexa or Google Home still remain after several months . Unbelievable and very frustrating bc many of us, poor users of Eufy products, believed the proudly announced features of “Works with Alexa or Google Home”. Eufy promises but doesn’t rarely fulfills its commitments.

I am having issues with this newly releases feature called Group control. When I select ‘I’m staying’ it would set it to the ‘Schedule’ which I select as my group control which is my homebase. However, when I close and reopen the app it says that my mode is ‘disarm’ instead

Suddenly I cannot view videoclips anymore. Liveview works. When I try to open a record videoclip it hangs on decrypting local storage. I hear the sound of the videoclip, but it never starts playing.

Since a update my Cameras, and video doorbell, has become leggy.And sometimes I get a black screen, all after a update.
