Activity zones in ny doorbell doesn’t work anymore. I have lots of notifications for sudden.
Re-enable activity zones didn’t solve the problem.
How can i fix this?
Exactly the same issue. And tech support blame WiFi connection etc. System is utterly useless at the moment.

Same issue here, installed my e330 system a months ago - storage was full and it stopped continuously recording only events are stored. To make matters worse I red some place to reboot HB3, now all cameras are deleted and looks like I have to crawl up in the attic again to take them down to sync with the HB again. What a disappointment!
Installed the E330 4x cam system with HB3. Worked for 1 month till 1TB storage was full. For some reason it said it’s overwriting old recordings but it stopped recording all together. Events are still recorded but anything in between us gone.
After trying to restart, format etc. I read to reset the HB3. Big mistake, all cameras are gone and to add them again I need to take them down. It took me a good while to run all the cables through the attic etc. and installing them - taking them down to sync with HB3 seems so 1800. I was somewhat happy with the system in the beginning but it turns more and more out to be a quite expensive disappointment. Definitely not able to recommend Eufy to my friends
My eufy security cam just turned pink. I believe that means and issue with infrared lens. Will resetting to factory default fix this issue?
Doorbell 2k battery powered, unable to live view, error is either -201 or -3.
Plenty of remove and re-adding from my account but nothing helps.
It tried a firmware update which failed as it cannot communicate with the doorbell, nor can i change any settings for the same reason.
About to return this piece of junk doorbell.

I have a repeat issue where I have a number of alerts of the my door bell picking up people, but then these captures not being recognised as being able to submit on the my AI program? It lists the whole day as having no events, when there are in fact multiple

My S330 got unsynced with the app…the camera itself keeps putting the spot light on and off on and off…so I wanted to maybe reset the camera so I unlinked it and it won’t sync…so I have a cam that blocks the spotlight every 15 seconds and I have no access to it…I hold the sync button for ten seconds and it doesn’t beep and app doesn’t recognize it… someone please help because customer service didn’t not one bit…they told me to basically get a new one

I have HB3 installed with Toshiba 1TB. All recordings were fine till last night. I cannot find any recordings when my in laws entered our house. I saw the clips, but then all of them disappeared overnight as I traveled out for a week. Can anyone help how to troubleshoot?

Agree my system is getting flaky since April 24 and I only installed it as new September 2023. What is the cause of the cameras not picking up humans in the sight of the camera. Was working fine but 2 cameras not working well now. Just a sudden change. Hello Eufy staff can you advise?
