Been using the new beta app for couple months now. The new beta app is pretty slow starting up is a big issue. If I get an alert it takes a long time to open up the app to show the videos. Also when selecting a different security mode I noticed it take a few seconds to update the mode listed for devices. Slow…

Didn’t receive an email invitation redeem code to try out beta app.

i installed the app and test all the features and i love it so far. Sleek well organised and love the fact that we can personalise our dashboard vue. Good Job!

Just ran into my first issue with the Beta app, and not certain how to fix it.

I have a set of permanent E22 Lights installed in the app. It is currently missing the ā€œLuminolinkā€ option from the ā€œEufyLifeā€ app. I also previously had the ā€œScheduleā€ option, and in fact the lights still follow the schedule that I set up, but after changing phones and re-installing the app, I no longer have access to the schedule. Obviously it’s still somewhere, as the lights are following it, but I can no longer make changes to the scheduling and I can’t see it.

Was there an update done on the lighting end that got rid of that functionality, or is there a known error with the Pixel 9 Pro? I submitted a help ticket, but they basically told me to check my time settings, update the application, and re-install my lights.

@kto11 I have the same issues. Scheduling doesnt appear to be visible in beta app. I’m using the Life app to adjust schedules of needed.

So I actually received a response from Eufy, and that’s exactly what they said.

I’m assuming it was in there at one point and they updated it out due to some issues. I also converted everything over to EufyLife, and the schedule has been followed!

I had a message the other day pop up in Eufy Security app asking if I wanted to participate in a beta test for a robotic vacuum. I was filling out the application, and it wanted a pic of my yard. It was night time, so I couldn’t take one right then, but that invite only appeared the one time and I can’t find any way to complete my application. Can anyone help with this?

If you clicked on that message pop up and if it opened up your web browser, open up the web browser you use and look in your history for it.

Unfortunately, it opened inside the eufy security app, not in an external browser. I did use their ai chat bot, and it suggested clearing cache to see if the prompt reappears, which it didn’t. It also said that they’re usually one time only messages, and to just stay tuned for the next one. Oh well. :man_shrugging:t2:

I would still double check your web browsers history, whenever I click on one of those it uses the web browser but it doesn’t appear to look like your normal web browser…
