I’m currently using the C120 (not listed on the camera selector on this post) and have 6 of these around the home. They work great for live remote viewing, but suffer from an incredibly buggy experience when downloading videos. When downloading videos using the app, all the videos have corrupted timestamps that prevent me from playing them back on any software. They play back fine on the Eufy App, but just cannot be exported correctly.
As an example, I will download a file that is 1min 55sec but when I open the file, the timestamp bar shows that the video is 5 minutes. If I hit play, the playback jumps all over the place because the video timestamps can’t read the weird time scale. This happens across all the cameras as well as my Homebase 3. I’ve submitted 3 separate support tickets on this issue and support only sent me a replacement camera thinking it was a hardware issue. It is definitely not!
I really like this system but this one critical feature is preventing me from keeping it any longer. I might have to ditch this entirely and go through one of the other hardware vendors.
Any help on this would be much appreciated!
