My message originally complained that videos recorded manually within the app failed to record at all on iOS. After doing some troubleshooting, I have altered my message to simply indicate that the in-app message that the video failed to record is an error itself and in fact the videos are being recorded in the iPhones main photo album and invisible to the Eufy app. This error does not occur in the android version. I’d also like to report that the link to this community exist in the iOS app, but it’s missing all together in the android app.
@Marty68 My brother had a similar issue with his iPhone. It stated “Failed to save video”, but actually downloaded everything correctly.
