Hi Good morning. When I record a video during the live feed. I am notified that this video is saved in my phone album. Unfortunately, this recording is nowhere to be found.
If I do this with my eufy doorbell, this recording can be found in my phone.
Am I doing something wrong?
No, you’re not doing anything wrong. There are more reports of this, related to the eufycams. Have you filed a report to eufy?
No I haven’t done that yet. Where can I do this?
In the side menu, go to help, then at the bottom press ‘feedback’.
