Unable to play live video

I have 3 Original T8111 cameras and an T8001, all through Kickstarter in 2018. The system has been great in that I’ve been able to quickly work through problems and glitches. Recently I’ve had to reboot the Homebase every 2-3 days due to the system being unable to play videos, live or recorded. The cameras still record and I receive notifications, but videos won’t play. Yesterday’s reboot didn’t fix the problem. I checked the SD card and the app said the card was full. So I replaced the card with a brand new card, formatted it, and rebooted the Homebase. I m still getting the error messages; notifications, but no video.
