I can see each video event in the list and each time I click on one of the videos on any of the 4 cameras or the doorbell and it circles and tells me it is unable to play the video.
I thought it was only my phone so deleted and reinstalled the app, updated my phone, rebooted my phone and no joy. So then installed it on my iPad and am still unable to replay any event video.
My son is not having any a.issue and can click on the videos and watch them
Are you and your son at the house or away from the house?
I find that being on the same network that it is quicker than being off the network (while away).
You then have a potential Wifi, router and cell phone services it has to go through to get to your phone…
Restart router and wifi at intervals as well (it is an electron device and needs to be reset ever so often)
I live in a state with lots of mountains and we have some older lines in the area.

We are inside the house trying it
Neither of my devices will replay videos while at home on the same WiFi as the base unit
I get notifications to say movement has been detected and I go the the camera with the detection and try and play the video and it won’t play
