Hi folks. I currently can see thumbnails for captured clips but cannot view or download them. Has anyone else encountered this and know a solution? Have already rebooted the homebase & tried the “Repair” option on the SD card.
I have a few older iPads that I use for the security app around the house. Updates to the software have stopped me from downloading clips. And I can also not view anything recorded in 2k. (Sometimes …Even clips recorded at 1080 it will say I can’t watch in 2k???) All this worked perfectly on these older devices for a long time. All of this works on our phones that are new.
