I have been trying to set up the Homebase 2 and Video Doorbell 2K for the past two days. The Homebase 2 (by ethernet) either gives a solid red or a flashing blue LED light. I can connect the Homebase 2 to Apple HomeKit and get a solid blue LED afterwards, but I just can’t get past setting up the Homebase 2 in the Eufy Security App.
All other devices on my network work fine with no problem. Only the Homebase 2 complains about no connection even though it shows up on my local network (I can ping it). I checked the Eufy IP address 103.91.159.28 through a couple of online services and found out it’s been down.
Since the IP 103.91.159.28 is down, I cannot set up the Homebase 2.
So I’m just wondering what to do next.
Is the Eufy server going back online magically sometime on Monday? Any other way to set up the Homebase 2?
