Hi just bought a vidio doorbell and had it a week I can connect to live view but not notifications any ideas tried rebooting and is no use if I can’t view recordings WiFi is a strong connection so it’s not that
I am guessing you have the cloud service. I know that there is an event button that you can go view the events. As far as the notification, the cog can take you to the settings for a device and you can go set your notification for how you want it to come to you.
