I see in 2025, Eufy is still the king of garbage when it comes to detection and alerts status. I have been using them for about a month with 2 indoor cameras. False alerts when set up for human only AI detection. Cameras will pan and follow when there is nothing around and alerts while at work are within 1 -2 hours at best. Its not the internet connection or phone problem, because everything else works perfectly fine without delay or false detection. The internet speed and bandwidth are the best you can get, Other apps have no issues communicating with my phone. So, Eufy is the problem. Lets not even get into the apps ridiculous phone draining. I can literally be on my phone in the Eufy app and watch my phone drain down about 1% every 1-2 minutes. Never had battery issues before. Am a light user and can usually get my phone to last 3-4 days on a single charge. Won’t hold my breath when it comes to Eufy addressing or fixing anything. So moving on to something reliably better.
