Anyone having Video Doorbell S220 (T8210) battery drain after 3.0.8.6 firmware update?
Having exactly the same issue. Updated the firmware and now my hardwired doorbell won’t charge.
I have also noticed my HomeBase 2 had a firmware update to 3.4.1.8h a week after my doorbell so the issue may be related to a combination of both updates. Anyway, I have “rebooted” my battery powered video doorbell S220 by pressing the Sync button on the rear and touch wood it seems to be holding its charge much better now. This is something I have previously never had to do after a firmware update.
