Wall Light Cam S100 not fully integrated with Homebase 3 (S380)

Dear all,
My Wall Light Cam S100 appears to be connected to my Homebase 3 (S380), but it is not fully accessing all functionalities of the Homebase.

The S100 says it’s connected to my Homebase and I have turned on ‘Store video to HomeBase 3’. It does not give the option to select a ‘Video Type storing to’ my HomeBase though. Subsequently, it does not save any videos to the Homebase even though I have installed a 1TB SSD in my Homebase. The Wall Light Cam is connected through Wifi to my router. The Homebase is connected by ethernet cable to the same router. S100 firmware is 1.1.0.2. HomeBase firmware is 3.4.8.8 (System) and 1.4.0.8 (Subsystem). Any thoughts?

Also, BionicMind AI is not working. So no Face Management. Even though, I read elsewhere the S100 should be supported. Any thoughts on that either?

The S100 is compatible for it to use the hard drive on the HomeBase3 it is not yet able to use the BionicMind AI as it’s still under evaluation.

The S100 may not be connected properly to the HB3? The 2 must be connected via Wi-Fi using the HB3’s own low powered Wi-Fi ; not your homes Wi-Fi.

Go into the S100 camera settings and tap on Edge Connection to join the Edge Ecosystem.
