Watching Camera on pc laptop

Hi friends i have just purchased a eufy C210 indoor cam and i want to monitor the camera on my pc laptop i have registered on the eufy website, i logged in i cant watch the camera it says (If you would like to see the live view, please go to the sidebar in the App > Control Center > Web Portal Access and generate a Safety PIN first. Enter it to make it work.) i have looked on the sidebar and i cant see the control center to open and get the pin can anybody please help

Hi @arc1034 it sounds like these instructions are for the old Eufy Security App.

On the new Eufy app:

  • Tap profile picture
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Security
  • Tap Web Portal Access
  • Toggle “Web Portal Access” to On
  • Select amount of time for the access
  • Tap Generate a Safety Pin.

This is designed as a temporary access via web portal and so the max pin duration is 24 hours. If you wanted the access to be open ended I would recommend getting the camera set up in a 3rd party ecosystem such as HomeKit, Google Home, or Alexa and accessing it from there (if its possible)
