I have tried to use the Web Portl access for my S340 camera with Chrome and FIrefox on my Windows PC to no avail. After inputting the PIN code generated in the app, my browser ultimately responds with “Request timeout. Please try again.” Is there a step that I am missing?

I got it to work the 1st time but now EVERY TIME is says I’m entering the wrong code but I am not. Any ideas please ?
