web portal-establishing a secure channel

I can’t get the web portal https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera to work. It just hangs on “establishing a secure chanel” and then switching to “request time out”. It shows the correct name for the camera so I know that is right. Also, I have a trial on cloud storage and it doesn’t show any events but they show on my phone app. I have tried disabling the advanced video encryption, logging out of phone app and back in, 3 different browsers for web portal. Nothing is working.While I CAN watch on phone, I intend to get more cameras and wanted web access. Any suggestions on how to get this to work? I sent a request to Eufy but as of 8 hours later I didn’t even get an acknowledgement of my email
