Web Portal: invalid safety pin

Hello all,
I use a HomeBase 3 and 3 SoloCam S340. Everything works until then.
But I have the same problem as @marcel.faigle with the web portal (for use Browser FireFox):

I am currently trying to log in to the eufy web portal, but without success.
After entering the Security PIN, the page shows me the message “Invalid Safety PIN, please go to eufy Security App to generate the key again”.

I can generate as many keys as I want, the same message is always displayed.

I select my region (Germany) correctly and appropriately for the app. The Eufy app is also up to date with the latest software.

Can anyone help me please?

Hi, I believe the Region you selected in the App is not matched with the Region you selected in the Web portal.

  1. Visit the Sidebar of the App, then Settings, and check the Region.
  2. Visit the login page of the Web portal, and check the Region.
  3. These two regions should be the same.

I have exactly the same problem. It worked the 1st time but now everytime I get the invalid pin message.
