Has anyone been able to find the solution for this? I have updated versions of everything but I still can’t find the control center to generate or validate a PIN.

Hi, for the new eufy App, its new path is sidebar → Settings → Security → Web Portal Access
How do you access the “sidebar” though? If you have a pre 12 version of Android?
Hi, on the homepage of the App, swipe the screen from left to right at the left side of the screen. Or you can click the top-left button on the homepage of the App.
In the app:
- First click your profile circle (mine is in the top lefthand corner with my username next to it)
- This should pop out a menu. Scroll all the way to the bottom where a gear is next to the word “Settings”. This is DIFFERENT from the settings gear you find when watching your camera feed. You must access it the way I have described.
- Click that settings button. You will be brought to a menu with logistical items such as “Security”, “Clean”, “Care” and so forth. Click “Security”.
- There are 5 total sections within security. The third one is “Web Portal Access”. Click this. You will be able to receive a pin here and manage your web access (1 hr, 2 hrs, indefinite, turn on/off, get pin).
