We've had our b

We’ve had our battery doorbell for a week, all charged and seeming to work, set up correctly with a good view of our path.

it worked perfectly for 2-3 days, however, now it seems to stop working after a while and won’t detect motion unless someone rings the door.

I’ve charged it (even though it was nearly full) and taken it in and out a few times, this causes it to work correctly for a bit but then stops again. Does anyone have any knowledge or tips on this?

Possibly a weak WiFi signal.

I don’t think it could be - our front door is fairly thin, and the Wifi box is about 7/8 feet away from the doorbell.

Mmh, you haven’t accidently activated “Optimal Battery Life” in the power manager mode?

It’s been hacked - someone controls it whilst doing what they want without detection, I would think.

When I first set up my Eufy camera system i started with (4)E330 pro and the door bell camera (I now have 14 different cameras)and every once and awhile things would go off line including my smart plugs ( unrelated to Eufy) I would unplug my modem and restart it and it fixed things for a couple weeks and happen again. I finally took my modem back to Comcast/ Xfinity and they gave me a newer one(at no charge) and all has been good ever since. So I would restart the modem and maybe ask your provider for the newest modem.
