Wireless Doorbell stopped detecting motion

My battery powered doorbell stopped detecting motion or sending notifications. It used to work just fine. I don’t know if there was an update that broke that function or not, but I get no notifications, there is nothing from the doorbell in the events tab. I haven’t changed any of the settings since it did work. I did a reset of the doorbell, but that did absolutely nothing. This needs to be fixed or I will never buy another Eufy product again and I will steer everyone I know away from Eufy products. Unacceptable.

Update: for some reason, the security settings for the homebase in my app got changed to “Disarmed”. I believe this may have stopped the motion notifications off the doorbell, since the doorbell falls under the settings of the homebase. That’s what I get for sharing my account with others in my household I guess. Worth looking into, if you’re having issues with your doorbell/cameras not detecting motion.

I’m also having this issue. I charged the unit and no notifications since. Doorbell still functions and live video. Annoying

Support could not find problem, under warranty and they will replace.

Same here, purchased and installed in January, everything was working fine until late last week. Did anyone come up with a solution/reason for this?.. Thanks

Within the app go to Doorbell Settings and toggle OFF the Camera, wait a few seconds and then switch it back ON.
I had an issue like this, and this fixed it for me. Where motion detection and doorbell button presses wasn’t working.

Unfortunately, this is not my issue. I checked and not disarmed.
