What do I have to do to be able to use the e28 on a different floor of the house. Like upstairs and downstairs both

I have the same question. But didn’t want to wait to get the answer so I just Carried the base downstairs and created a second map

mine was just delivered yesterday so I’m a complete newbie. Do I have to carry the base upstairs too, to vacuum the upper floor?

What is do is take the vacuum robot upstairs leaving the base downstairs to clean,but the problem is it won’t be able to return to base for washing up mob or emptying the bin.

I self learned to take The base to the other floor bc it needs to empty or clean the mop pads.
