what would you do if your landlord shows up unannounced from out of the country, and when he knows you aren’t home, goes into your fenced backyard?
what would you do if you are two hours away from home, and you’re watching a strange man youve never met walk into your yard when you arent home?
what would you do if he still hasn’t given you proper notice, and decides to show up AGAIN the next day, to ask to talk - and when I say I am busy and need 24 hrs notice, threatens my housing security?
