When I put my Robo vacuum mop back on the base or it returns itself, it says charging, and the charging light is on. I’ve cleaned both contact points on robot and inside the base, but I’m not seeing where it says charging in the app. Am I missing something? I was told through live chat in support that I should give it at least six hours to see if it charges. But it’s been stuck at 71% since earlier this afternoon. I’ve also unplugged it waited and plugged it back in I’m still not seeing any charging results. I don’t know what further to do.
Same is here despite that they declared that they have changed the battery but bad recommendation on this brand plus services as I have purchase since 7 months or 8 months back ![]()
I sent mine back & got my money back. Mine was doing the same. ![]()
how long ago did you purchase?
I realized, and forgot, when I got Eufy and working out setting everything up, that I selected to not have it charge during peak hours during the day. That was the charging problem I thought I was having, which really wasn’t a problem. I do regular maintenance on Eufy and so far things are running well. Everything just takes some figuring out.
Amazing
