Your doorbell has gone into the inferred mode that’s what the flash is

That’s the IR Turing on to see better at night. Unfortunately it’s reflecting off the brick.

If you have outdoor lights near your doorbell cam you don’t need the auto night vision on. Like others said it’s the IR turning on and off. Mine DB cam works perfectly with it off and porch lights on
