why can I not able to connect to my home base 2 on my phone app… The front red coloured ring type light is on, I scan the bar code on the under side of the base, push the sync button and the base replies with " unable to connect to the internet, check Ethernet able"

You got to have the either net cable plugged in…
The light should turn blue wene it’s ready…
I found out they don’t run on WI fi… you got have it plugged into a modem at all times…

Are you on same wifi network? Or check mobile data settings on phone?
