Why do my cameras and other Rudy devices randomly go offline and the only way to get them back is to add them again. It’s annoying cause my outdoor cameras are high up and you HAVE to press the sync button. So now I have to get the ladder out, it’s freezing and there’s snow on the ground. This is not the first time either. It’s just random, I’ll open the app and ever device says offline. Also I get a constant “failed to connect” error over and over until finally it connects, except for right now because it’s so cold and I don’t have time for that.
