I’ve removed my tenants from my share settings on both of my cameras, but I found out that they’re still able to receive notifications and able to view the camera as well…how did this possible???
Shouldn’t happen, but Eufy doesn’t seem to understand testing of their software. Probably the only way to fix this is to delete their Eufy account. If you know their login credentials, you can login and select the email address. This will bring up a Delete Account button.
If you don’t know their login, they will have to do the delete.
This totally defeated the whole concept of security.
