This happens to my dual camera doorbell as well. There are a few things that can help resolve this issue. Go into your doorbell settings and turn up the sensitivity level to the max.
I have also heard that it can help to install a Eufy motion sensor ahead of the doorbell, then use automation for the doorbell to start recording when the motion sensor is triggered. This may force the doorbell to record sooner than it normally would. I should probably try this myself as well.
If you have a Eufy outdoor camera, you could use that instead of a motion sensor. When the outdoor camera detects motion, it can trigger your doorbell to start recording. This should work as long as you have the settings chosen correctly and use the automation feature. Just make sure the outdoor camera is pointed to an area further ahead of the doorbell area. I have not tried this myself yet, but have heard or others doing this to resolve this exact problem. If you do this, please reply back in the comments and let me know how it works.
