Woke up this mo

Woke up this morning and one my solar wall lights had fallen (using extreme out door adhesives to mount them it is a brick building and a rental..) but that’s not really what caught my attention. Why on earth was my cross camera tracking not showing up and why did it look like half of my cameras were gone? I started to panic a little bit, why was my cameras from the back at the top of my page, where were my doorbell cams etc…

I do have all of my devices but my homepage view was rearranged, and I’m actually the only one who uses the app, recently removed one user from it so only two of us have access. What happened? Was this from the update?

That’s strange. There was a app update over the past week but it shouldn’t have rearranged the order of your cameras. I hope everything is working for you now.

Hmmm… I had a strange occurrence last week, sometime in the wee early morning I was logged out of the app_which I did not initiate.
Upon logging back in I noticed some app settings were set to default.
Example, Dark Mode was turned off - all camera notification sounds were set to default - Wi-Fi mini chime sound was set to default - Auto spotlight on One camera was turned off.
I’ll tell you, I wasn’t happy about the notification sounds being set to default.. had to set four cameras and a doorbell back to what I had them to before..

Seems to be working, just weird that my homepage was rearranged… I see every camera online every time I open the app. It may be kicking the pan and tilts offline, I do sometimes get a notification that one has joined my network, but I haven’t seen anything offline in the app (knock on wood). I have ordered a few more cameras, and an additional homebase, I will be looking at a doorbell chime to add since I’m no longer getting chimes in my phone and if the HB is chiming, that’s in the front room downstairs while we all spend most of our time upstairs…
