After the last firmware update, HomeKit can longer get video from my camera. I’ve done everything short of factory rest. Any others with a similar issue?

No, but seems to be a trend after updates that people have various problems and issues. Give it a few days and/or contact eufy support to let them know. Also maybe try rebooting router. Maybe unplug your hb for 10 minutes then turn on and reboot any connected cameras…
