Yeah me too. All my cameras (EufyCam 2) are unavailable in HomeKit after the latest Homebase 2 firmware update.

I am having the same issue after the 3.3.6.9h update.

I’ve tried removing from HomeKit and adding again, which was a real pain as all the automations in the Home app are now lost! Still not working, works fine in the Eufy app. Cameras are showing as accessories in Home app (battery charge level is visible for example) but video steam and recording on motion detection is not working.

The solution is first removing the Eufy bridge in Apple Home. And then add HomeBase to HomeKit in the Eufy app.

Thank you mathieu.gerritsen, I feared i was going to pull out all my hair before reading your answer. Removing and then adding the HomeBase in HomeKit did the trick!

Thankyou! At least we do have a solution although this is causing a major pain to redo all my automations.
I have contacted Eufy support, they are still not understanding that it is a firmware related issue, trying to solve it with hardware related solutions. Let my try posting Eufy Support’s solution as soon as I get a proper answer.
