I just received my new Homebase S380 to upgrade my system from the Homebase 2. There wasn’t a guide or anything that came with the unit on how to easily update/merge the system and cameras (I did find something online after the fact). Once I got the new Homebase 3 online, re-added the cameras, and brought the Homebase into Homekit - none of the cameras are showing in Homekit - just the Homebase as a bridge.
Everything shows that the cameras should work and be available for Homekit on the Homebase software, but they are not.
This is using an Apple 16 Pro Max, on iOS 18.1, with all of the most updated app software.
Thanks, @Kangchao It seems there is functionality to add these cameras, as I am seeing others who have been able to migrate or add their EufyCam 2C Pro cameras into the Homekit while using the new Homebase 3. And oddly, the fact that my Homebase 2 could do this, but not Homebase 3 is a bit concerning.
I did try to reset one of my cameras, thinking it may have needed to be “released” from my Homebase 2, but that did nothing except make me add all of the settings, activity zones, and notifications all over again.
Hi, I have the same issue but only with one of my four 2C Pro cameras, all of them working fine on EUFY app but only 3 of them showing in Home app since migrating from HB2 to HB3.
I’ve checked the difference among them and it seems it may have something to do with the firmware version… the only one that doesn’t show in HomeKit is the oldest cam with firmware stuck in 3.0.5.7 far other than the rest in versions 8.x.x
The funny thing is that they all worked fine with HB2…
To add to my issues, I added a new S330 to the system. This does not show to allow me to add it to HomeKit either.
Now, with this being a 4k camera, I probably won’t add it anyway as HomeKit changes the resolution to 1080, but it still should have showed up to move over.
And still no reply or update from Eufy. I even offered to beta test software on the Homebase and for the phone.
