I had issue with my existing homebase3 device itself. Eufy sent me over a replacement for homebase3.
I have 6 eufy E330 professional cameras connected to homebase3. How can I start using the homebase3 new device?
My cameras are in soffit and I dont have ladder to climb up and sync cameras with new homebase3 device. Can I add cameras from previous homebase3 to newer homebase3? Is there any feature like transfer devices from older homebase3 to newer homebase3?
I found this but, it shows it for HB2 to HB3 camera/device transfers.
Don’t know if it will recognize HB3 to HB3 move.
Guess you’ll have to hook up the new home base and see if a transfer prompt shows up after a while.

Thanks for the response! I dont see anything like that(transfer individual cameras) in app. I added new homebase in a new home. I can transfer older homebase3 to new home but there’s no option to transfer cameras to new homebase3. The existing option in app can bring older homebase3 along with all paired(synced) devices altogether.
Hmmm. Perhaps try this. Remove the new HomeBase3 and then add the new HB3 to your existing old HB3 in the same home.
Maybe then it will give you the option to transfer cameras and devices to the new HB3.
