Did you know that the best way to upgrade from a Homebase2 to a Homebase3 hub and connect your compatible devices is to add your new Homebase3 to your network whilst Homebase 2 is still connected to the network. You will then be prompted by the Eufy app to transfer compatible devices over to your new Homebase3 hub…

Unfortunately this is not the advise that I received from the Eufy helpcentre whilst I was having trouble connecting my doorbell to my new Homebase3 !

Best to start asking here first as it’s likely that someone has had the same problem but be careful as not all advise here is good advice
