No. The internet seems ok. My wife’s phone seems to be connecting issue free. Mine is intermittently connecting. But it hangs and will not connect. I can get into the camera settings, watch clips. It’s weird. It worked fine before now not so much.

I’m using them connected to wifi directly. I have a minibase chime installed as well.

Ya vfr, you should probably try reconnecting to the app… You probably have to reboot…
Try living out and log I’m again…

Try resetting the doorbell and see if that helps. If worst comes to worst, remove it and reattach to your Eufy account.

I had the same exact issue… shorten the video recording length and it should resolve the issue.

It happens to my battery-powered dual cam doorbell sometimes when I’m on my Android smartphone. I have found that force closing the app and opening it back up again usually resets it and quickly shows me the live view.

It is unfortunate that this happens from time to time, but it seems to be a minor issue compared to others. I get frustrated when someone actually rings my doorbell and I click the notification and the live view just hangs there while I’m trying to reach out to my visitor lol. Closing the app in this case would just be annoying and take up too much time. Most visitors at the door would have walked away by the time it gets reset lol. Eufy needs to fix this issue with some firmware updates.
