Maybe a defective device? Do you have any other S4 cameras that behave like this?

thanks all! I rexalibrated the camera and it is almost completely resolved still has a little hiccup every now and then but nothing like it was doing. I appreciate everybody helping out!

My theory: it wants to track the car but the gate interferes and it gets caught in a loop
I have had this happen when the camera is actively tracking and someone is also connected try to move the camera. Basically fighting each other.
Think it’s trying to track all movement at once and can’t decide what to focus on, say the car or the running water there at the bottom. Hopefully you get it resolved before it triggers a seizure.
