I am a new Eufy user and surprised the app home screen does not have auto refreshed thumbnails. I pull down and it does not update them. I have to drill down to the camera to see the update image. My Ring doorbell I came from did refresh the home screen thumbnails on app opening. Is there a setting I am missing? It’s really inconvenient to go in to the app and have to them drill down to see what’s currently going on.

I am in the same boat. I just switched from Ring and was surprised that opening the app home screen did not refresh my doorbell camera view/thumbnail. I also hoped that doing the pull-down manual refresh would do it but to no avail.
I have the E340 and it is hardwired to my doorbell wiring so I see no reason to not refresh the view when opening the app. I hope this can be fixed!

It would be great if Eufy monitored these communities as I have the same question.
Why doesn’t the Home page show the latest events across all devices instead of having to go to the Events tab?
