Any word on fixing the last update? Has Eufy hit rock bottom? Any recommendations on replacing system with another manufacturer?
Go to smart mode then either the camera or HomeBases it if you have and then check if you have selected the Away mode, if yes, go into Away and then uncheck alarm.
Sorry but useless. Already done it from the beginning. Still encountering the same alarm issues. Maybe should Eufy consider that the last app update is bugged ?
Delays in notifications now since update and high phone battery issues on running background. Now useless been great for years. If its not broke dont fix it!
Lots feedback but no one ever mention which OS and the Eufy App version.
New version is 5.0.22_5656, OS 8.0 and up Android phones
I don’t know I think it should have been fixed immediately when you have people who no longer can get notifications on their phone what is the point of having cameras
