Wireless 2K Battery Doorbell is down to 70% battery in 10 days.
I’ve setup a Eufy 2C charged at exactly the same time, placed in exactly the same position, and the battery is still at 100%
I have been through support and they have concluded that it is due to the camera detecting motion… if both cameras are pointed in the same direction, both starting at 100% battery, it seems like pretty poor excuse for a poorly design product. Either the doorbell is detecting motion excessively or the battery itself is the limiting factor.
Note: I have already replaced the doorbell once to confirm it wasn’t a faulty product.
