Bonjour, j’ai la c220 avec la homebase 3 est je n’ai aucun enregistrement d’effectué,les détections fonctionnent pourtant.

Hey! If motion is detected but no recordings are saved, a few quick things to check:
- Make sure your Home mode (or whatever mode is active) is set to record when motion is detected.
- Go into the C220 camera settings and confirm it’s set to record, not just send notifications.
- Also, make sure everything’s up to date and maybe try restarting the HomeBase.
If it’s all set up right and still not working, Eufy support might need to take a look.

i found an update resolves this. But yes def check with the support centre if no improvement
