Hey sorry you’re dealing with that! Just to double-check: when you press the sync/reset button, do you hold it down for the full 10-15 seconds as per the manual? Also, have you tried power-cycling the camera first (unplug, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in)? Maybe try seeing if the LED turns blue while doing that (Like Webcam test).
