I have my camera on my home guest network. This is an isolated network that cannot access the rest of my home network. With this setup, I am unable to view the video stream while on my home network, but I can view the stream while on the guest network or off my home network. Any ideas for a fix? And why can I not set the camera feed to go over the internet instead of trying to view locally?

Hi, sorry for the late response. Let me give an example:
If you have camera A connecting to router a, and camera B connecting to router b, when you’re out of your home like you’re in your office, your App connects to both camera A and B via the internet, then you can view both streams.
When you’re in your home, the App is connecting to router a or router b, the App can access only to the camera that is connected to the same router. This is the local access mode, if you want your App view both cameras A and B, you need to put both cameras into the same router, or disconnect your mobile phone from any one of your routers.
