Cannot view live video or play video clips on all but one cam

I have 3 Indoor Cam Pan & Tilt, 1 x SoloCam E20 and 1 x Outdoor Cam Pro. They were working fine for a couple years, until recently. Now I can only view live video or play video clips from the SoloCam via my phone when I’m on the Wifi. All others will not let me to see live videos or video clips. However, when my phone is on cellular service, I can see all 5 of them without any problem. All 5 cams are on the same Wifi network. I cannot understand why only the SoloCam works fine but not the others.

Hope your able to get some help from eufy customer service
