can anyone advi

can anyone advise can only one phone or person/adult have access to the camera footage? we are both trying but they disappear from the other phone

We just put in cameras and I’m the primary. I put the app on 2 of my roommates phones as well. And signed into my primary account on each of their phones. We can all see all the footage but have noticed that the app kind of freaks out when all 3 of us are on the app specifically when you have 2-step verification activated. 2 seems to be the comfortable number of people using the app at once. When I had 2 step verification on those and it would kick the 3rd person out and they’d have to sign back in. I took the verification off and it allows us to just open the app with no issues so far. So if you want more than one person to have the app and view everything then you can without having verification on. If you want the app to close/ be more secure where you have to sign in then no more than 2 or it will start kicking others out and they’d have to sign in again. You have to sign in with your username and password then they send you a verification code you have to input, then you have to do one of those verification codes to make sure you are a human every time. 2 step verification was a hassle for my older roommates. But you can give the app and sign into your main account comfortably with no issues with the 2-step not activated.

Another solution is make sure you didn’t accidentally set more than 1 house location, I accidentally somehow set 2 different homes. So if you have the wrong one highlighted it will appear like you don’t have cameras set up. When in all actuality you put the cameras on a different home location. Check the top where it says “________'s home” (whatever you decided to name it) and see if you have more than one location created.

We are not using 2 step verification as its my partner and I. All OK and working now but we had noticed we both named them two different names.
